FACTORY & QUALITY
A Real Factory. More Than a Set of Numbers.
Manufacturing capability comes down to actual space, equipment and working conditions. Our Qingyuan production base is approximately 15,000 m², with 13 automated production lines and 100,000-grade clean workshops supporting different oral care formats.
This is where products are manufactured, filled and packed — a working production site rather than a concept showroom.

THE FACTORY FILM
See the Site, the Equipment and the People
Through the factory film and on-site images, we want to show the areas that matter to production.

WHAT YOU CAN SEE
Look Beyond the Factory Gate
01 / PRODUCTION
Production environment
See clean production areas, working spaces and the everyday operating environment rather than relying on a written description alone.
02 / EQUIPMENT
Automated production lines
Different lines support processing, filling and packing. Automation reduces repetitive manual work and helps efficiency and consistency.
03 / DEVELOPMENT
R&D and laboratory areas
Before a product enters production, its formula and sample need to be developed and evaluated. Company materials describe 5,000+ mature formulas.
04 / DELIVERY
Packing and finished goods
From filling and sealing to labels, retail cartons and outer packing, the product becomes a finished order ready for delivery.
SIX PRODUCT SERIES
Different Formats Need Different Manufacturing Capabilities
Oral care is more than toothpaste. Each format brings different decisions for manufacturing, filling and packaging. The real question is whether those products can be made and delivered consistently.

PRODUCT PRESENTATION
From Contents to Finished Packaging
The customer receives a complete retail product, not a formula on its own. Once a product moves toward production, we must consider how the contents work with the container, how it is filled and sealed, and how the label and outer packaging are applied.
Tubes, pump bottles, spray bottles, jars and individually packed products each place different demands on equipment and workflow. This is why we show actual products and factory conditions alongside equipment information.

QUALITY & DOCUMENTS
Process Matters. Evidence Matters.
We would rather show information a buyer can check than rely on a broad claim of “strict quality control.” Company materials reference ISO, SGS, GMPC, MSDS, COA and FDA-related documentation. These are different types of certificates, reports and records, each with its own purpose and scope.
Tell us which product you plan to sell and where. We can check which current documents apply to that project and can be provided for your procurement review.
SEE THE FACTORY FOR YOURSELF
Look Closer Before You Decide

Photos and video offer a first look at the production environment. If you need a closer look at manufacturing capability, contact us in advance about an on-site visit or an online factory discussion.
See where a product is made, the equipment involved and the actual operating environment before deciding how to work together.
