FOR BRANDS, DISTRIBUTORS & IMPORTERS
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions brand owners, distributors and importers ask most often about free samples, customization, order quantities, lead times, packaging and delivery.
01 · Can I request free samples before placing an order?
Yes. We offer free sampling so you can assess the formula direction, texture and user experience before placing an order. Tell us the product you want to make, target market and customization needs, and we will confirm a suitable sample plan.
02 · Does free sampling include international shipping?
Samples and international shipping are handled separately. The sample itself can be provided free of charge; international courier costs depend on the destination, address and shipping method. We will confirm any charge with you before dispatch.
03 · How long does sampling usually take?
Standard sampling takes about five days. A new formula, special material, custom package or several revision rounds may take longer. We will confirm the timing for your project.
04 · What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies with the product and packaging plan. A common starting range is about 1,000–5,000 units. Format, formula, container, printing and material purchasing all affect the final MOQ. Tell us your product and estimated quantity so we can assess a suitable option.
05 · What determines the price of a customized product?
The main factors are formula and ingredients, fill size, packaging materials, printing process, order volume and delivery arrangement. The clearer the specification, the more accurate and useful the quotation.
06 · How long does mass production take after sample approval?
A typical production period is about 15–25 days. Packaging material readiness, order size and production scheduling affect the actual lead time. The final date follows the confirmed production plan.
07 · How long does packaging design take?
When the logo, design direction and product specification are clear, packaging design typically takes about 1–3 days. A new packaging structure, several design concepts or multiple revisions can take longer.
08 · What can I customize?
We can discuss formula direction, flavor, texture, color, fill size, bottles or tubes, labels, retail cartons and brand visuals. Feasibility depends on the product, material supply, order quantity and target market.
09 · Can you manufacture from our existing formula?
Send the formula information, specification or reference sample that you are authorized to share so we can assess production feasibility. For a confidential formula, we can agree on confidentiality and cooperation terms before exchanging detailed technical information.
10 · What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM usually suits a customer with a defined specification, formula direction or reference sample; we manufacture and pack to the confirmed requirements. ODM includes more development support, from product direction and formula options through sampling and specification approval. The actual scope and formula-use terms follow the agreed project plan and contract.
11 · Can we use our own brand and packaging design?
Yes. Share your logo, artwork or visual references. We will discuss how the design works with the product specification, packaging materials and printing process. If you do not yet have a finished design, we can discuss your brand and packaging requirements.
12 · Who owns the brand artwork and formula?
Your rights to artwork, logos and other materials you supply depend on the rights you hold in them. Formula ownership, permitted use and exclusivity depend on how the product is developed and what both parties agree. These terms should be set out in writing during the project.
13 · Which qualifications and product documents can you provide?
We can check which factory and product documents apply to your particular product and destination. Current company materials reference ISO, SGS, MSDS, GMPC, COA and FDA-related items, but availability and applicability must be confirmed for each project.
14 · Can you help us understand our target market's product requirements?
Tell us your destination country, sales channel and planned product descriptions. We can review the product, label and supporting information available from our side. Import, registration and market-entry obligations need to be considered under the destination's requirements and our agreed scope of work.
15 · What shipping methods and trade terms are available?
Shipping and trade terms can be discussed based on destination, order size and delivery needs. Share the receiving country, estimated quantity and preferred delivery arrangement, and we can confirm options during quotation.
16 · What payment methods and milestones do you accept?
They may vary by project. Currency, payment percentages and due dates are set out in the formal quotation or contract and follow the agreed order terms.
17 · Can we visit the factory before ordering?
Yes, you are welcome to discuss a visit. You can first view the factory video and Factory & Quality page, then contact us in advance to arrange an on-site visit or online factory discussion. Company materials describe an approximately 15,000 m² production base with 13 automated lines.
18 · What should we include in our first inquiry?
Start with product type · target country · estimated order quantity · packaging preference · what you want to customize. Add your name, company and email or WhatsApp, and the team can follow up with the next steps.
